About Us

Equipped for School started in 2020.  Our founder has 16 years’ experience as an educator. She has first-hand knowledge of the effects of students not having the necessary supplies to actively engage in the lesson. When students are not engaged in the lesson they are not learning. Equipped for School, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, was started to help eliminate student disengagement. Our mission is to provide students with all of the supplies needed to help them achieve more in school.
